Well, we were ready to just write this off and get her something different, but Rodgers Family Co called my mom the same day and apologized for UPS and offered to send another order free of charge, even making it to where she had to sign for it through UPS. The coffee I ordered for my mom never arrived, but it's UPS's fault, not this company's. This is a great company. The woman my mom spoke to was incredibly nice and made everything good again. I wrote Rogers Family Co asking for help and UPS contacted my mom the very next day. UPS was incredibly rude and basically accused her of lying asking why she never filed a police report if her goods were stolen.
I didn't have any problems with it. Everything was excellent. I got the product in a timely manner.
It's freshly roasted and the flavor is unbelievable. You get very little coffee for the cost. I found an awesome sampler at Blanchard's Coffee - 20 oz of coffee for 1/2 the cost of this.
I ordered 3 items off amazon the first 2 were at the house within 4 days and the coffee was no where to be seen. I ordered the coffe sampler pack on 1 September 2006. Again the coffee is very good I would warn you there seen to be a lot complaints in the feed back section read through it before buying. Delivery estimates were from the 6-12 sep. This arrived on the 14th I would not have even cared if it was not a gift for someone.
This sampler pack is pretty inexpensive, and it's a great way to give a little something to your coworkers at Christmas. It comes in a sturdy, sectioned cardboard box (in the photo, it looks to be wooden, but it is not), and so the packaging isn't particularly pleasing to the eye. Very smooth, with strong, distinctive flavors. basket or something).
I bought this item to take apart and create several gifts with it. When I purchased this item, I paid $24.00, but I see that it has increased in price since then. Specifically, I tried the Amaretto and Mocha so far, and both were great. In other words, with these 30 packets, I was able to create 5 great gift baskets by just adding a couple of coffee mugs in each one.
I decided to keep 5 packs of the coffee for my own use, and I have to say that the 2 that I've tried thusfar were outstanding. I probably would be less inclined to buy it now, although the coffee really is outstanding. To buy this to use as a single gift is fine as well, but, you will need to figure out a different way to present it. However, the coffee packs themselves are lively and colorful, and they will make a fantastic gift in another type of a container (i.e.
